Let go of doubts, worries and concerns

Let go of the running list of to-dos

Let go of the shoulds 

Let go of the could ofs and would ofs

Let go of tension or pain in the body 

Let go of the mental chatter 

Let go the past and the future 

Let go and allow yourself to simply be.
