Why private yoga?

Yoga is a journey of the self - mind, body and spirit. And we benefit from the practice of yoga both on and off the mat.

Whether you are new to yoga, want to create a consistent home practice, or to be more mindful, intuitive, balanced and aligned in everyday live, private yoga coaching can be an amazing opportunity to your yoga journey for YOU.

How does it work? 

Coaching packages include weekly or bi-weekly virtual sessions designed for you! We’ll begin each session with a mindful “check-in” (mind, body, heart) and then move through a practice tailored to your needs. Sessions may include asana, meditation, breath work, restorative yoga, aromatherapy, tapping, and more.

Optional homework or Om-Work will be offered to support you in integrating your yoga mindfulness into daily life.
