Yoga is a life long journey towards greater understanding of ourselves, our relationships, and our connection to the universe. I have been practicing for over 20 years, but the longer I practice, the more I feel I am just at the beginning. I have studied a variety of hatha yoga styles, including Iyengar, Anusara, Ashtanga, prenatal and restorative. In my teaching, I emphasize the importance of patience, alignment, intuition, playfulness and humor, as well as how yoga principles can influence daily life. My aim is to offer thoughtful, caring yoga instruction that is accessible to everyone.
