Our yoga is not just what we practice on the mat. It's our mindfulness in daily life. It's our conscious speech, action and thoughts. It's how we move through our day to day life. It's deep listening, and taking time to pause. It's about connection, to ourselves and others. It's about infusing everything we do with more mindfulness, intention and compassion. And it's all about practice.
Please join me in this June 3 week yoga series focused on how to incorporate yoga mindset + skillfulness into your daily life.
Thursdays June 8, 15 and 22
Private Home/Yoga Shala in North Park
Each session will include:
Active Hatha Flow - First half of class will include a strong, slower paced, mindful asana practice that includes a few sun salutations, a standing and balancing series + a couple inversions and backbends.
Super Chill Unwinding Series - Second half of class will be lots of low to the ground postures, hip opening, twists, and forward folds.
Meditation - We'll take a few minutes at the beginning of class to get grounded, then a longer meditation once we're more open and have cleared out some mental chatter. I will guide you at the beginning of the mediation, then we'll have the opportunity to enjoy some silence.
Savasana - We'll take the time to enjoy a proper savasana. No rushing through this. Essential oil neck massage also included!
Bonus - Hot tea + a treat will be provided at the end of class!
