Our yoga is not just what we practice on the mat. It's our mindfulness in daily life. It's our conscious speech, action and thoughts. It's how we move through our day to day life. It's deep listening, and taking time to pause. It's about connection, to ourselves and others. It's about infusing everything we do with more mindfulness, intention and compassion. And it's all about practice.

Class will be held at Dana's Yoga Shala (private home in South Park), outside on the patio. Address to be disclosed at registration. 

This class will be focused on Awakening (body, mind, spirit). Some flow, standing & balancing, hip opening, and heart opening. End with a nice, long savasana. (aromatherapy + massage included!)
